applied online and was in contact with a recruiter who wanted a face to face skype interview, the process later went to an actual face to face interview with management
The First interview is with the store manager then second interview is with the area manager. Then you have fill in a form asking questions about you and your work experience.
I applied on Indeed and received a call asking to go in for an interview. It was fairly casual and the manager made me feel at ease, so it was really enjoyable.
