Entrevista
I applied for the job two weeks prior to being called for a telephonic interview. After the telephonic interview, I got called for an onsite interview as well. I was asked to bring a few pieces of code that I have written in the past rather than me coding on a whiteboard, which I found to be less nerve wracking. After the onsite interview, I was called the week after with a job offer that I accepted!

Entrevista
3 steps including: Initial, follow up with questions then a written exam (1000 word proposal to a specific requirement).
In the final stage I was one of three being considered (I was told). However, following a written exam that took several hours I never received a follow up or even a confirmation that they had received my document. I contacted them asking for feedback and I only got, "yes, we received". Then, nothing.
Feedback for Leadnow: you really should not be requesting hours of work from potential candidates without providing (even minimal) feedback. This is the action of a arrogant corporation that has little regard for potential hires (hours spent applying is hours away from my children). This was very disappointing from an organization that is in alignment with my own political beliefs. I expect this from Monsanto not Leadnow. Be the change you continuously echo in your blog and social media channels.

Create a proposal for a web application that can act as a portal for volunteers. Alongside documentation provide relevant questions and list details you believe you would need defining before you start. Deadline was midnight on a weekday.

Entrevista
I had to submit a cover letter and a resume via email. I originally found the posting through Facebook. After that round, I was asked to provide an example where I coded an HTML email. Finally, an interview was setup via Skype where three of the existing staff interviewed me for behavioral and past experience questions.
