At Leading EDJE, our standard interview process typically includes three rounds, as you described—each with a specific purpose: cultural alignment, delivery leadership alignment, and technical assessment. We're sorry to hear that the structure of the final round felt unclear or unhelpful. While we aim to keep technical interviews conversational and open-ended to allow candidates to showcase their strengths in their own way, we understand that this format doesn’t work well for everyone and appreciate the feedback.
It’s important to note that most of our candidate communication—including feedback—is handled through the recruiting firm that submitted the candidate. We're not certain which firm you were working with, but we encourage you to reach out if you feel anything was unclear or incomplete.
