They just call you into the office for a 2 hour orientation signing paperwork and watching safety videos then they take you to the conveyor belt that the trash you'll have to pick is on for a couple of minutes then they ask you can you perform this job/ is this a job you could do then if yes you are hired and start the next business day. ( I wouldn't recommend this job to anyone they do not take care of their employees, and are a bunch of immigrants that hate Americans)

You need to apply on-line first. Then you will be contacted when they are ready to interview. Single or group interviews are conducted. You need to bring information for your I-90 form and anything for direct deposit if you want to get paid that way.
