Entrevista
I initially applied and interviewed for an Ad Sales Position with the VP of Sales. This included a phone screen. I prepared a presentation for the position to address questions that were provided by their leadership. I really enjoyed this process as you needed to research and present your solutions so they could get a feel for the fit and present on video conference since I was not in the area.
After I presented for the Ad Sales role, the VP of Sales suggested a different role that they were looking for that better fit my skill set and asked me to prepare another presentation for that position. Same process as before, creating KPIs for the position and some other high level questions. I presented that to their CEO and Co-Founder on video conference.
One of the best interview processes that I've been through. You're forced to do some research about the industry and company and that can be time-consuming, but that's the point. They want you to prove that you're a self-starter and get a feel for what you're going to bring to the position if hired.
Like some of the negative commenters, I had to re-schedule a couple times. Both the VP of Sales and CEO were traveling and conducted the video interview portion from hotels.
