HR phone call followed by coding assignment followed by interview onsite. The onsite technical had 2 parts. The technical interview was just a discussion of the assignment which went well. The second part was an architectural interview - designing a file upload application. This was just a waste of time. Midway, they changed the venue which was kind of unprofessional. The interviewers kept mum throughout the interview and was hard to assess what they were looking for. With interviews like this, even the best candidates will fall through the cracks.

I applied online. The process took 1 day.I interviewed at League in May 2025. Just 20 minutes talk with a recruiter who does not have technical knowledge but she asked a lot technical question and then didn't seem to understand at all...lol totally disrespect for a candidate.
