a Recruiter of LeanIX reached out to me via LinkedIn. First couple of questions got covered via LinkedIn chat, before scheduling a quick call to dive a little deeper. After this interview, they send me a logical/personality assessment which I had to take. The results were good, So I made it to the second interview with the hiring manager. After the second interview, I had to prepare a business case. This one consisted of 3 questions where I had to apply my knowledge and show my way of working. I presented it to both the hiring manager, and an important stakeholder. After this business case The finale interview waited for me. This was a 1-1 with the global manager. The communication with the recruiter was great. She responded really quick, and I received feedback after each session quite fast. Overall the complete process took a little over a month. All the interviews were in a informal manner. I was comfortable during all of those interviews and never felt I couldn't ask what I wanted.
