Standard live coding interview for the first round. Solved the question in O(1). Pretty much follow the idea of speaking your thoughts as you code. The interviewer was very friendly and accommodating even after knowing it was my first live coding interview. Overall great interview experience. The second round live coding interview was more in depth in terms of building an API end point system for a problem defined by the interviewer. Same memo but I wasn't a match for what they were looking for and did not make it through this round. The pressure was higher this time around as the deliverables were of higher stake as well. The interviewer was also great. They were colder than the person in the first round but that is not to be complained about. It is an interview, not a friendly chat. Overall, a great interview experience and I ended up learning how to better prep for such higher round interviews. All in all, the leap tools team conducts great interviews. It looks like if you are a strong candidate they will do as much as they can to make you succeed. They want you to succeed. However, if you cannot deliver then it is on you.
