After all these stages and a final reference call, I was rejected for 'minor concerns' that should have been addressed in round one. Subjecting a junior candidate to this many stages in 2026 is absolute exploitation. It's clear the company lacks internal alignment and doesn't know what they are looking for. Your hiring system is broken; please stop wasting candidates' time and streamline your process to be more decisive and respectful.
