Entrevista
Very well organized, I always felt very in the loop in terms of communication. I got a great feel for the position and the team. I liked meeting multiple people in the process.
2 interviews both virtual through teams. First was series of interview questions about college experience, work ethic, teaching experience. Second was describing how you would modify and differentiate a lesson plan they provided to a group of 10 students. More questions about work ethic, work preferences, strengths,etc.

Entrevista
I had a phone interview scheduled, and never received a call. After waiting for over an hour, I emailed and was told they hired someone for the position that morning. I would have appreciated being notified if they wished to cancel our interview. I dont think this lack of consideration reflects well on the company
