The process had 3 steps. First with HR to disqus about the company and the role in general. Then an assignment that you need to complete on 1 week. Then a 3rd step with the CTO to see if your are a good fit for the company and disqus anything extra that was not covered in the previous meetings.

Entrevista
I recently interviewed for a Senior PHP Software Engineer role at LearnWorlds, and the whole experience was genuinely great. From the initial contact to the final offer, everything was well-organized, transparent, and respectful of my time.
The interview process included technical discussions that were thoughtful and relevant to real-world work—not just algorithm puzzles for the sake of it. I appreciated that the questions gave me space to explain my approach and discuss actual experience, rather than just testing rote memorization.
What stood out the most was the people. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. I felt like they were not only evaluating my skills, but also trying to make sure I’d be a good fit for the team—and vice versa.
The process moved at a steady pace, and communication was consistent throughout. At no point did I feel lost or in the dark, which is unfortunately not always the case in tech hiring.
Advice to future candidates: Be ready to talk through your code and your thought process. The team values clarity, quality, and collaboration—just as much as they value technical ability.
