I had to perform two online tests before getting to the interview stage. One "personality" test and then The Mcquaig Mental Agility Test. The MMAT felt a bit "random" for the job and I felt I did very badly but I got through to the interview stage. After a successful interview, I was set a task. I had to rewrite a text within 30 minutes. I felt I did it well but this is where the process came to an end for me. 🤷
