They were quick to view and respond to my application. It took a week to get scheduled for an interview. Attended the interview and while it was pleasant having a casual conversation, I felt that I really wasn’t wanted there as I was only asked two questions. I felt like I was interviewing them. Three weeks had passed since that initial interview and I wasn’t followed up with. I emailed to check in on the status of the position and again, wasn’t followed up with. If I had to add a bit of feedback for the hiring department: Come ready with questions for your candidate especially if you had three people there interviewing someone. Your showroom is kinda out of the way of most people and to spend time and money getting there just to not be followed up with is ridiculous on your part. Secondly, if a candidate tries to follow up with you and you know you aren’t moving on with their application, at least reach out saying that and not leaving the candidate feeling like they wasted their time.
