Process of 2 interviews to review the resume and ask some questions related to the position, then an interview on site with the final company was setup, no feedback was provided after the last interview

Had two phone interviews with hiring manager and HR personnel and one onsight interview with the office manager/director. Background screening and previous employment confirmation. Overall a straight forward interview process. Onboarding only took about a day. They had an extensive self paced training program that all new hires are required to go through before you can start in your actually day to day activities.
