Professional, yet casual, met with 2 high level members of staff, interview lasted 30 minutes or so, I spoke quite openly yet professionally, it's a good place to work at.

They mainly told me about the position and asked for my feedback on their practices, this interview was 5 years ago, however I did conduct a few interviews myself. There were a few questions asking about how would I act in certain situations. Not particularly difficult but may require some background knowledge.
