Overall, an enjoyable interview process. Be prepared to answer behavioural interview questions and situational interview questions, and also to have multiple questions about each experience. One - two rounds of interviews.

Virtual interview: the first half focused on behavioural questions and the second half on situational questions. The interview was straight-forward - no curve-ball questions - and the interviewers were friendly and engaging.

Pre-interview included a questionnaire about food security and knowledge of systems in Canada, and an excel document to navigate to demonstrate skills.
Interview was conversation style, relaxed, and showed great team dynamic with colleagues.
