Lengthy very very lengthy multiple people not even from the same team included. Second and third interview too. Was offered remote but then it was hybrid then it was onsite.

The interview process started off fairly straightforward, but there were immediate yellow flags. Despite my reservations, I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and continued with the process. Unfortunately, those early concerns were confirmed (and then some).
I was contacted three separate times to schedule a second interview, only to have it canceled without explanation or follow-up. After I reached out to the recruiter myself, she confirmed and cited a “system error” as the reason. Frankly, I find it hard to believe that multiple email invitations from different team members could all be attributed to a glitch.
Eventually, I was told I was not moving forward because they needed someone with “more HRBP experience” (despite the fact that I met every requirement listed in the job description).
Key concerns:
Disorganized and inconsistent communication.
Vague and contradictory feedback.
Lack of accountability at the HR level, which is especially concerning given their role in representing company values and culture.
Rejection is a normal part of the job search process, but when it's handled this poorly, it speaks volumes. If this is how things are managed during the interview stage, I can only imagine what the internal experience might be like.
Bottom line: If you're a candidate who values transparency, professionalism, and respect for your time—proceed with caution. Sometimes, a rejection is a blessing in disguise.

Applied online, I was forced to follow up with the Senior Leadership due to a poor, lazy Phone screen. I was invited to an onsite with Senior Leadership and Talent Team. Senior Talent Team refused to provide the salary requirements on a phone screen and when I asked again she stated that she had to "get the information from leadership". Why waste a candidates time if you're too lazy to have the basics of the phone screen? She also did not have a projected timeline, she gave uncertainty and unpreparedness in her responses. Then the Senior Leadership made sorry excuses for her performance and made an attempt to gaslight me regarding my experience with this "seasoned" talent professional . Leadership also decided to at the last minute have a different talent pro join with zero advance notice. When I asked for feedback, I was met with laziness and unmotivated feedback. I see what the other review mean by poor management. Asked more situational questions but nothing in depth regarding my experience. Gave unstructured and extremely unorganized. They also require you to do more than what the role entails and beyond what they pay you. Asked a situational based question regarding a drug testing appointment platform, then proceeded to correct your answer while under the poor assumption that everyone has utilized said platform, while the job details listed no experience requirements for the platform .
