The interview process is easy. Staring with a phone call and then an in person interview followed by a shadow interview. They do check your references and you need to have a least 3 to respond their questionnaire.

Meeting with clinic manager first, then charge RN. They discussed my previous experience, skills, employment history guided by the application and resume. They explained their expectations as a medical assistant role in the clinic. They took me in a tour in the clinic and introduced to the MD's, RN's, and staff.
