Initial interview with one person followed by panel with multiple lawyers in leadership positions and union rep. Asked about interest in practice area, relevant legal skills, time management organization etc

I'm out of state so I had a video interview that wasn't working out well and we switched over to a conference call. I interviewed with 3 people but believe more may have been supposed to interview based on the original video interview link email. The interview seemed a little matter of factly sometimes which is not a bad thing. At least during mine, they ask questions sounding as if they are really going to hire you rather than going with "why should we hire you ?" It seemed somewhat neutral and sometimes I get a hint. Overall, I'm thankful it's not a multiple interview process.
