Was hired through a placement agency. Was told to be expected to go from temp worker to permanent hire within 3 months. Ended up actually being a year before LZ made me permanent. (My placement agency had no idea why it took so long, especially since my employee evaluations were excellent. Possibly it was because the company was spending a lot of money on the new Austin location and new Glendale relocation. Hopefully that is no longer the case.)

Entrevista
Relaxed interview process. Up to three separate interviews with either an HR rep, a direct supervisor and an department head. Comfortable atmosphere to ask any questions to thoroughly educate self on company and various opportunities to move up in the company. Quick turnaround time from first interview to decision on whether or not an offer is made. Also, multiple interviews are during the same day.

Took a spelling test and two onsite interviews. one on one with two different supervisors. Asked questions about strengths. Two separate interview dates. I was referred by temp agency for interview. One over the phone interview before they brought me in.
