After doing a phone interview with the director of operations,a and receiving a contingent offer letter, the interview process seemed to go very well, however the final offer was based on getting assigned to an ongoing contract.

The question I got from the recruiter about where I thought I best fit for the available positions... not a hard questions, however the contingent offer made my rate exceed all positions made available to select from, even for the senior system architect positions.
