Standard Online Assessment with a focus on behavioural questions but there were some simple technical questions. They require you to submit a recording to answer some of the behavioural questions. Unfortunately, I did not progress passed this initial stage.

Tell me a time where you faced hardships/difficulties and how did you approach and overcome it.
Pretty standard interview behavioural questions but they do prod at what applications and languages you know for the technical part, more than I've experienced for a grad interview before. Also a little intimidating because there are 4 interviewers. But overall very friendly, structured interview.

Entrevista
The first screening is a one-way Vervoe interview containing a few long-form text behavioural questions and two video interview questions. You can take as much time as you want when answering the questions. There is also a complete later button, so you are not forced to complete it in one sitting.

The interview process was very chill, it was a panel interview started off with motivational questions and then moved onto 2 behavioural questions, broad technical questions about tech stacks what technology you know and ended with a system design question
