It was a one stage process. Interview consisted of motivation and competency based questions. There was also a question re current developments in the practice area and how it may affect LD's clients. Interviewer was very friendly and made me feel at ease.

Very repetitive. No Motivation questions - strictly centred around your skills and what you can bring to the role. Prepare basic competency questions and you should be fine. They will also ask you the same questions in different ways, so try to come up with something different. The role is very admin-heavy, and the interview itself will give you that gist.
