Initially I had a phone call with someone from Lemonade talent acquisition. They went over the job with me and described what expectations were etc. Answered some questions regarding my background and experience. After this interview, I was scheduled two Zoom interviews with upper management. I was asked more in depth about customer experience and my background. After these interviews were over, I was told that if they were interested, I would hear back early next week. The following Monday I received an email asking if I had time to schedule a talk. I was sent a calendar invite and set up a discussion time. It was at this discussion that I was offered a position. A hard copy of the offer agreement followed.
