The interview process was fairly easy. I applied online and was invited for an interview with the hiring manager a few months later. Apparently, there was a hiring freeze right after I applied. I then had a 2nd round and the person liked me so much that I was informed right there and then that I'll be moving along in the process. However, now there has been silence for nearly 2 weeks and no response to my follow up emails. This is very poor from a recruiting stand point and HR should know how to properly round up any candidate's candidacy.
