The interview process was lengthy, with no clear understanding of the process and the steps taken. There were times where I was waiting for updates without knowing when I would hear again.

Speaking with the recruiter was awesome. She was very friendly and upbeat. Going into the actual office for the in person interview with Nils was a little different but still, not horrible. The horrible part which is the same experience it seems many people have had is that, I never heard a word back following my in person interview. I sent a "thank you" email the following Monday (I interviewed on a Friday) and still, nothing. Very awful experience and a huge waste of time. Regardless if you're offering someone a job or not, it's respectful and courteous to let them know either way. I'm extremely happy that it went this way though because seeing how they treat potential candidates at a stage when they should be selling their company, the job, and letting outsiders see their potential and care, I can only imagine how they treat their actual employees.
