I had 3 rounds of interviews. First initial screening from the Indian panel followed by two onsite interviews. They asked basic questions like current project architecture and their challenges. I felt it was a name-sake interview in all the rounds. They never shared the feedback and kept a false promise that you are good and will get back to you in weeks time as the panel is on leave. Please do not waste the time of the candidates it might be branding for you but its career for us
