There were 2 interviews:
First, with comptroller & Accounting Manager. This was a really laid back interview. They just asked to tell them about myself, told me about the work environment, and let me ask questions.
The second one was with the CFO and one of the company founders. The CFO asked a lot of Miss America type questions i.e.:
What are you passionate about?
Are you a leader or a follower?
Why do you want to work here?
Are you collaborative or individualistic?
The co-founder seemed more observant and would ask nuanced conversational style questions i.e.:
If I prefer working remotely or in an office?
From the time I applied, I was contacted quickly to schedule the first interview, and even more quickly after that for the 2nd so I was disappointed that I was never contacted about whether or not a decision was made. HR didn't even send an automated rejection letter.
