very upfront and asked appropriate questions. Gave a lot of support. I would recommend. They asked about what i knew about the business and what I can bring to the table. Met all management and they are very professional and nice. Great walk around and make sure you like the place.
Virtual interview to start then in person. They are good at selling you on the company being the best and different from all other funding companies. They are not though.

Multi step process: phone interview, online test, phone interview, in person group interview . You could tell that they were looking for the right mix of skill and culture. The proper fit was very important to them.
