Q2: Why do you want to join Lendsqr, and how do your skills align with this role?
The assessment was odd and very different from what I have ever experienced. There was an interview after which was quite chill and straight forward, just like a regular conversation.

The recruitment process was well-organized and communicative throughout. Timely updates and clear correspondence made each stage feel transparent. Although, there were occasional moments of radio silence that could be improved for a better experience.
