It was simple and no aptitude test were required. The second interview was also easy. They asked me for my input on a couple of ideas they have for some of the projects they were working on

It was fairly easy interview. Just a 1 on 1 with a manager, he was super nice and set a good tone for the interview. Nothing else really to say.
