It was straight forward and the entire process was handled online/via phone/skype. First I submitted the usual application material, then I was sent texts to translate within a certain time (it was more text than manageable to test accuracy as well as work speed, the idea was to complete as much as possible), and after the positive evaluation I had to sign some privacy statements etc. After all the paperwork was complete the work started without much delay. There was also a brief probation period but all went fine.
