My experience works out in China only. Any application should be submitted via Lenovo homepage. I received the phone second day evening, it was from a HR, and i think it is some kind of outsource HR not Lenove HR employee. The conversation is very simply, just talk about yourself. that's all. After 2 days, i talked to another HR for 3 hours!! this is time, she is from Lenove. we talked about my career path and how well this opportunity would be. it was a Friday, and arranaged a face-to-face interview on next Tue or Wed. The interviewer was my line manager. She asked my previous working experience and introduce this position's main duty. and i met the Director of this department on Fri, just some easy talks. I received the offer on next week Tue. the whole process only took 2 weeks. amazing speed.
