Went through my CV and asked if I know how to use photoshop. They care more about how long you can stay. Later they asked me to work for one day as trial internship to see whether I was capable.
Applied via the company website. Afterwards, HR called to ask few questions. Then proceed with physical interview at office. Interview was ok, a technical test first followed by an interview.
In a real life interview, I faced many questions about my area of study and skills. It was challenging overall, requiring in depth knowledge and critical thinking to answer effectively.

Multiple interviews, more casual conversation and prioritizing discussion regarding past experience and career goals. Final interview the interviewer was going in "blind" - hadn't seen a resume, cover letter, or anything regarding past experience.
