I was referred by a friend and the interview was with the general manager and the lead eyecare advisor. They asked simple situational questions from previous jobs. Typical background questions. Why i left my last job. Nothing too hard.

It was a very quick interview, in which, the hiring manager who is also the manager interviewed me. She asked me a lot about my experiences at my previous two jobs, both at Burlington and at Ross Stores.
