Very confusing process. I was recruited. I had a total of about 8 interviews, I meant several times with DM, Store Manager's panel interviews. Working in a store for half a day with Retail Manager. I participated in store visit with Vice President. All before a job offer. The experience was very confusing.
Very easy going. Interviewing manager asked very straight-forward questions. I was nervous, but the hiring manager was very understanding and helped me through my nerves. Great manager to potentially work for.

Many scenario questions. If you know how to go above and beyond to help a patient and know how to satisfy a dissatisfied patient then you will do fine.
