First was an on-the-spot interview with the manager on duty. Then, if they liked you and your application, you got an interview with all 4 Managers (GM, 2 floor managers, 1 lab manager). They asked some behavioral and situational questions, but mainly it's if they liked your vibe. If you're upbeat and friendly, you'll sell glasses.

Very friendly and informative. The interviewer gave me plenty of time to ask my own questions as well as answer theirs. I learned more about what the job entails and could see a lot of positive aspects .
