First they called and asked about my experience and scheduled an interview. It was easy but had lot of questions. After interviewing they sent offer letter next day and had to do 4 day induction training which was paid.

They asked more scenario questions, so be prepared for that. You also need to be able to showcase your good personality traits (e.g., caring and teamwork) as well as be detailed when answering.
