The interviewer was professional, friendly, and clear with expectations. The process was straightforward, and the take home assessment was reasonable, relevant, and allowed me to demonstrate my skills comfortably too.

Well organised and timely interview process, with good comms in between rounds. Plenty of opportunity for both parties to get to know each other. Fairly typical rounds; screen, a longer team/tech, and a skip level. Never felt rushed or struggling to fill the time, very relaxed process but still dug into a lot of technical, and soft skills relevant to the role while leaving plenty of time for me to also ask questions.
