Entrevista
They first contacted me via phone. The Human Resource employee said that Leonardo offered many open positions but, even if asked, she didn't specify any of them. The next step is a face to face interview with HR and technical staff. No one was able to tell me which was the open position for which they contacted me until the very end of the process.
The Human Resources look incredibly disorganized.

After saying a lot of numbers about Leonardo and how they are great and cool (without providing any proof, and lying as I discovered later), they made the typical questions of an interview such as "why you like Leonardo, how do you see yourself in 10 years, etc".

Entrevista
Initial telephone interview, a little badly organised as they didn't dial in for the 1st one. This was stated as someone was on holiday. I found this a little unprofessional.
primo colloqui telefonico e colloquio tecnico, il colloqui tecnico nella norma niente di particolarmente difficle ma comunque va preparato un minimo, la parte HR bisogna prenderli cosi come sono fanno domande molto inopportune su precedente retribuzione ecc, insomma classiche domande da vecchia azienda italiana che potrebbero fregare un cadidato alle prime armi il tutto ovviamente per prendere il piu possibile spendendo il meno possibile, classica mossa da azienda italiana ancora frema agli anni 70 per questi aspetti, ho ricevuto un´offerta ma ho deciso di rifiutare l´ambiente non mi e´ sembrato dei migliori.

Entrevista
Pretty straight forward process. Apply online with your CV. A follow up initial screening call takes place where HR ask questions relating to your experiences at a high level. A final interview of an 1hr long followed with In depth technical questions and generic company and competency bases questions.
