The team were very fast to arrange an interview. We initially had an informal conversation over the phone for 15 minutes, the following interview was 3 hours long in person and was a mixture of technical questions and general background. The actual team seemed welcoming but the central hiring team were pretty poor, I received no update following the second interview and feel this should be a bare minimum having requested a 3 hour interview and therefore a half day of holiday.
