1) Phone screening interview where they ask basic questions about your status to work, qualification etc.
2) Face to face interview with the HR & Production Manager.
3) Basic written test on the same day, where they ask you to do a simple calculation of production material requirements based on machine speed.
4) Final interview with the site head, where he asks general question.
