The interview process began with a battery of useless questions that were meant to trick the test-taker (especially toward the end). The test took over an hour and there was no way to save and go back. The questions didn't really pertain to anything important, and since they used them to pre-screen applicants, I honestly felt they were way to obtrusive and personal. Then a phone call. The "10-minute phone call" to gauge their interest in your answers to questions like "How do you measure success?" and a whole range of questions they pulled off the internet. Then I was passed off to an assistant who asked me a ton of questions like "What would you do in the first 60 days?" Nothing really about my accomplishments and my experience and education. These were supposed to be Skype calls, but I was having problems with my sound and had to call in (and pay for two long distance phone calls). The third interview was supposed to be a video meeting with a panel but I didn't make it that far. During the second interview the assistant asked me why I chose this one region. Well, it was the WRONG region she was interviewing me for. I have never been part of such a horrendous interview process, which tells me they have no human resources department. I had red flags going up during both interviews, and I'm somewhat relieved to hear I didn't make it to the panel, even though I felt my answers were strong and what they needed to hear. One question was impossible to answer because I have never worked for the company and it pertained to specific operations. I feel like I dodged a bullet.
