The founder of Let’s Influence, Bhawna Sethi, comes across as someone trying to be an influencer rather than a genuine leader in influencer marketing. There’s little real experience or understanding of the domain here. The company doesn’t seem to offer any meaningful learning or growth opportunities. From my experience, their interviews appear less about hiring and more about gathering insights into how other influencer marketing agencies operate. I’d recommend not wasting your time interviewing here.
