Phone call, Technical round over the phone, on-site round: personal information and questions about me and my work history followed by an accessibility test. Also a lot of web dev questions
We had three rounds. The first one, the manager introduced himself, and then I had another two when I presented a task. Everything went great!
Even the manager said he would give me a space on this team. They kept me waiting for three weeks. And guess what? They rejected me after the manager said he would give me a position.
Worst experience in interviews in my life. I felt humiliated.

The HR interview was quick. It took 15 minutes still waiting for the feedback and it's been 2 days. At the interview started, HR gave me information about the team and asked me about my experiences and etc.

Recruiter missed our schedule phone interview and mistakenly made our rescheduled phone interview to an in-person interview they were completely unaware of. After doing the coding exercise and a technical interview was told they were putting a freeze on hiring. After months was told they were hiring again and wanted to see if I was interested then was ghosted. For an accessibility company the recruiters are inaccessible.
