Emails were replied to quickly. Phone interviewer called on time. Questions from HR were a bit negative not providing an opportunity for positive dialogue. Questions asked were not relative to my experience but rather I was asked what my previous jobs were and why I left the companies. It seemed like a strange way to start the process rather than focus on the positive attributes of my jobs and qualifications.
