Starts with HR or recruitment and once passed goes to Finance Head as my direct manager and then goes to Regional Finance head. Need to pass all 3 interviews and then you will get an offer

There was an initial interview with the Hiring Manager where we discussed why I wanted to leave my current role and the type of role I was looking to obtain. After that there was a 5 person panel interview where they went around asking situational questions.
