Entrevista
They had a booth at a job fair at the mall. I filled out a little card that had my name, availability, and phone number. I filled out an application online and about two weeks later I was called in for an interview. The interview was very laid back. It was my very first interview so I was very nervous. Anyway, he asked me why I wanted to work for Levi's, my strengths, my weaknesses, and if I wear Levi's. He also had me to sell him a paper clip and asked what I could contribute to the company.The interview lasted about 20 minutes. My interview was one on one. Remember to be yourself and be very confident!!! 4 days later they called and offered me the job!

It's a group interview, amount of people varies but can be 10+. They ask you to talk about yourself but also do some exercises seeing how you engage with others and work as a team. You should wear jeans to the interview.

There's an exercise where you get paired with another candidate and you have to try and convince the managers to hire them (testing sales skills, working memory, teamwork abilities)
The interview process was straightforward and conversational, with general behavioral questions focused on fashion awareness, interest in the Levi’s brand, customer service experience, and discussing personal strengths and areas for improvement in a retail sales environment.

How do you stay informed about current fashion trends and styles?
We were in a group and had to pick clothes out for a theme and present on why we chose those specific clothes. They gave us time to pick our clothes using ones from the store.
