Submitted an application in person with my resume. Went to a group interview with five other people very easy and standard interview questions. I just made sure to smile a lot and answer the questions. Was called back the next day for a one on one interview with the manager. Levis called the next day with a job offer.

Entrevista
It's a group interview, amount of people varies but can be 10+. They ask you to talk about yourself but also do some exercises seeing how you engage with others and work as a team. You should wear jeans to the interview.

There's an exercise where you get paired with another candidate and you have to try and convince the managers to hire them (testing sales skills, working memory, teamwork abilities)
The interview process was straightforward and conversational, with general behavioral questions focused on fashion awareness, interest in the Levi’s brand, customer service experience, and discussing personal strengths and areas for improvement in a retail sales environment.

How do you stay informed about current fashion trends and styles?
We were in a group and had to pick clothes out for a theme and present on why we chose those specific clothes. They gave us time to pick our clothes using ones from the store.
