The interviewer is not professional completely. The staff doesn't pay attention to the interview, and she doesn't even prepare for the interview. And the entire time only keeps 10 minutes which is very short. It's completely a waste of time.

The interview was super last minute and had 3 stages, personal introduction, group interview with team building pegs and pair introduction where you have to convince the other person on why they should get hired

Very quick. Just a 10-15 minute talk and around an hour of onboarding training. And thats it, nice and easy. No knowlege needed, no pressure if you answered the question incorrectly.
